WOW! WHAT A RUSH! I just finished the very last of my races for the racing season. I won by the tiniest of margins, the smallest of mini seconds. The adrenaline is pumping through my body and I am typing this out so fast. I can hear my heart pounding in my ears and it feels like it’s going to beat out of my chest. I’m going to set up my phone to record me talking as I give my winning speech. I have a feeling I’m going to blackout from excitement and not remember what I said, so I want to make sure that I can relive this moment over and over for the rest of my life.
“Thank you, thank you, everyone. I can’t believe that I’ve made it this far. To be the winner of this racing competition means so much to me. Sorry, I can’t really speak. I’m in so much shock. This is probably the best moment of my life… okay, I’ve regained myself. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who played a part in my success. I’d especially like to thank the incredible mechanic who specialises in diesel repair services. In the Raceview area specialists are hard to find, but my mechanic is absolutely one of them. Without the diesel mechanic, my cars would not have been able to cope with my driving. I certainly wouldn’t have gotten to the finals, let alone achieved ultimate success. I’d also like to thank my parents for letting me participate in this potentially dangerous sport because they know it’s my dream.
I have some advice for everyone who is down there listening who wishes they were standing up here where I am right now. My advice is, in the off-season, do your research on the types of general servicing and repairs that should be done for a car to run at its best. Determine how you drive and what you’ll need a mechanic to do to get you to the spot I’m in today. Good luck everyone. Thanks so much.”
