Love My Tattooist

I just got my eighth tattoo! The last time I updated you guys on my tattoo escapades, I was about to get my third tattoo six months after I had gotten my first. That was over a year ago now and I’ve gotten five tattoos since then. I’m honestly averaging about one new ink every two months, which is extremely impressive seeing as I thought I’d never get a tattoo in my life.

Last year when I asked you guys to send me recommendations for tattoo parlours in Brisbane and pictures of your tattoos, you really came to the party. The next day I woke up to over thirty suggestions of places to get tattoos in Brisbane and I can happily say that I’ve visited five of them. So far, my favourite was a tattoo parlour that had a talented realism tattoo artist. In the Brisbane area, it’s not uncommon to find really talented artists, but I think she is probably the best one I’ve been to. I can’t stress enough how much I love the ink she put on my body. It’s so realistic! This obviously makes sense because that’s what I asked for, but I am still stunned at how beautiful it is.

I’m going to attach my tattoo collection in a series of images underneath this post. So many of you have been asking for updates on what my tattoos look like and I’ve decided that it’s been long enough that you probably do deserve an update! I try not to share them too often because I’m pretty traditional. Tattooist culture has made it pretty common to share every tattoo as soon as you get it on social media, but I’m trying to live my life offline as much as possible.

I hope you guys like my tattoos as much as I do. If you don’t, please keep your thoughts to yourself.
